The Swindon Town Football in the Community Trust Mixed Development Centres has over 700 girls and boys participating on a weekly basis.
The programme is rolled out within the Borough of Swindon and the surrounding areas, offering structured technical coaching sessions to children of all abilities.
These one hour weekly sessions offered at local sports and leisure centres, are delivered in three stages consisting of a warm up, technical coaching session and a conditional coached game to allow the group to put into practice their skills and techniques.
The Development Centres enable our UEFA coaches to identify any talented players who may be able to progress to the Centre of Excellence programme.
