Development Centres
Fun For All Abilities
The Swindon Town Football in the Community Trust provides a wide spectrum of Development Centres within Swindon and indeed throughout the county of Wiltshire.
From Tiny Tots through to the Girls Development Centres, they engage with children from ages of 2 to 11 years of age.
The Development Centres are structured sessions devised to improve the children’s balance, co ordination and listening skills. The programme gives many of the children their very first experience of participating within a professional football coaching session and again the emphasis is on the children learning and developing within a safe and fun environment.
There is a clear pathway for boys and girls to progress through the Development Centres and the pathway can be found below.
