Why not bring your school for an action packed day of fun at Swindon Town Football Club. The Fun Challenge Day programme runs from 5 to 11 years within a structured day’s activity, including physical and educational elements.
The day runs from 9.30 to 2.15 pm and all the children go away with an S.T.F.C Football in the Community goody.
In the morning the children engage in the gladiators project, which encourages them to work individually and collectively on fundamental skills and techniques which are relevant to the game. After some small sided matches the children are treated to a comprehensive ground tour visiting the home and away changing rooms, boot room, referees room and a look at the new fully equipped professional footballer gymnasium.
After lunch the children collate a report of their day, and working in groups on the quizdom, are tested on their observations and knowledge of Swindon Town Football Club.
If you think your school would like to experience the “Fun Day Challenge” please call the Swindon Town Football in the Community Trust on 01793 421303 or email Clive firstname.lastname@example.org or Jon email@example.com.
